Service Agreement

By submitting your electronic device for repair, you agree to the following terms:

You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the device being submitted for repair.
You understand that JB PC Repairs' technicians may need to open your device to perform diagnostics and repairs and that this may void manufacturer warranties.
You agree to provide all system passwords to your device, if necessary, for the completion of the repair.
You understand that it is your responsibility to back up any data on your device before submitting it for repair. JB PC Repairs is not responsible for any data loss.

Repair Process and Warranty

All repairs are subject to a diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty, which includes parts and labour. This warranty does not cover additional unrelated issues that may arise after the completion of the original repair.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Unpaid balances will incur a late fee of £5 per day after 30 days of notification that your device is ready for collection.

Liability

JB PC Repairs is not liable for any pre-existing conditions of the device that may be revealed during the repair process. If additional issues are discovered, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional repairs.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy, which outlines how we handle personal information, can be found on our website. We comply with all applicable data protection laws.

Right to Refuse Service

JB PC Repairs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to reject any repair that we believe is not economically feasible or for which parts are not readily available.
